Shipping Policy

Operating out of Melbourne, we take pride in our products and services, endeavoring to deliver your orders in a timely matter. In the current climate we are on occasion experiencing some delays. However, we are doing our very best to mitigate those delays when they occur.

Where possible, we provide free or minimum cost shipping. Orders using standard shipping and with a quantity of less than 10 receive free shipping. Orders with a larger quantity or inclusive of insurance (tracking) incur fees. However, these fees start as low as $2.00.

Shipping turnaround times depend on your order type. Standard orders are anywhere from 1 - 5 days. Custom orders are anywhere from 10-14 days. 

 

​Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please be aware we do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

All returns must be postmarked within twenty-one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you via email when your item has been processed.

Mr Whiffy is not liable to any damage caused during transit. If any items are damaged in transit, raise a claim via the shipping carrier.
